"I was searching around for new homeowner's insurance and was referred to State Farm. I completed a quote request on Saturday and received a call on Sunday afternoon from Ola Williams. Not only did Ola go out of her way to contact me on Sunday to let me know she received my quote but, she would get right on things because she understood the sense of urgency is different for everyone. She even sent me the preliminary quote to review and discuss in the morning. On Monday morning, Ola called. She answered my questions, she didn't rush me and she thoroughly explained everything. I got a great quote and all of my needs were met so much so, I changed my car insurance at the same time. Ola is great to work with and is very informative. Thank you for helping me and making things seamless with my already hectic life!"

"If I could give a half star I would. My husband called to inquire about the rates for our vehicle because they kept going up. We are very responsible drivers with no tickets or DUI’s. The receptionist gave a very vague and basic answer which in my opinion had nothing to do with our policy. She was very disrespectful and rude. She also hung up the phone during the conversation. She outright lied to her manager and stated that my husband threatened her and stated that he would hit a woman. He would never say or do that. I was sitting right there during the whole conversation. We asked the manager to check the recording but he stated that they don’t do that. Gai Allen, owner agent, has yet to call back as requested. This was a horrible experience and a horrible agency. I wouldn’t recommend them for any type of insurance."
